Preity Zinta Shares An Unknown Woman Grabbed Her Daughter Gia ‘Planted A Big Wet Kiss And Ran Off’; Says, ‘Please Leave My Kids Alone’
Preity Zinta recalled two of the most horrifying experiences she had to go through as a celebrity in the past week
After impressing the audience with her beauty and amazing acting skills, Bollywood actress Priety Zinta leads a very private and away from the limelight life. She lives with her husband Gene Goodenough and their twins Gia and Jai, in Los Angeles. However, being a huge celebrity comes with a huge cost. She recently took to her official social media handle to pen down two of the most horrifying experiences she had to go through.
Preity had made it to the headlines earlier this week, when a man in a wheelchair followed her car and kept banging on her window in order to get some money. While the videos of the encounter went viral on social media, netizens had mixed reactions to it. Some sympathized with the actress and others bashed her for being rude. Sharing the video on her Instagram, Preity recalled how the events have left her a bit shaken. The 48-year-old actress revealed that the first incident happened with her daughter Gia, where an unknown woman tried to take a photo of her. When asked not to, she scooped her daughter up and planted ‘a big wet kiss next to her mouth’ before running off. She explained that the woman lives in an elite building and the incident took place in the garden where her infants were playing.
She went on to shed light on the second incident involving the man in the wheelchair and expressed how the photographers present at the scene found the entire incident funny. She expressed her dismay and said, “NO ONE told him not to follow the car or harass us as anyone could have gotten hurt. Had there been an accident, I would have been blamed. My being a celebrity would have been questioned. Bollywood would have been blamed & a lot of negativity would have spread. Preity went on to stress on the fact that her kids should be left alone. She continued, “There are always 2 sides to a story. Most importantly my children are NOT part of a package deal & are not meant to be preyed on so please Leave my kids alone & don’t come to them for photos or touch/grab them. They are infants & need to be treated like infants, not celebrities.”
On the work front, the actress had returned to India to complete her professional commitments. It is being reported that she will be seen in a project which is tentatively titled The Kitty Party.
